On Sunday, when I opened my fortune cookie we all laughed.
It said, "Your luck is about to change."

Stupid cookie!
And then yesterday, after not having quilted for weeks,
I went to sit down in my quilting chair
to do a bit of stitching...

only to find that the cat had thrown up in my chair.....
Stupid cat!

I'm sorry....but I can't stop laughing....how good of you to post the "real" stuff on your blog!
LOL! I'm sorry, but your sense of humor is wonderful!
I'd say next time forget the fortune cookie! LOL
Maybe some salt over your shoulder or a ritual burning of the fortune cookie slip to change the direction of the luck? You did make us laugh which is always good karma!
You brought a huuge smile to my face ! Lovely, funny post !
THANKS, dear friend ;>)

Oh my goodness, I'm soooo sorry but I just had to laugh!
Maybe you should have just eaten the cookie, put the cat out and quilted by hand :)
many hugs, tomorrow is another day

I'm thinking "NO more fortune cookies for YOU!" LOL!
Fortune cookies are supposed to bring positive changes!!! Next time, maybe you should skip the fortune cookie.
Definitely need to avoid the fortune cookie!!! However, I laughed and am still laughing. You are a funny one!
I agree with Terry, forget those cookies, they are bad for you, poor girl! Sorry you met such unhappy circumstances. I felt sick when I last got a speeding ticket, really bothered me and my pocket book, lol, have yet to have the cat throw up on my sewing chair, but I think Schuster has done that just about everywhere else. Cats! Here's wishing you a big change of luck. Hang in there.
Well, what is the old saying? It comes in three's...LOL! I hope your luck is about to change, good thing you have a sense of humor about it:-)
Hmm, sounds like your luck did change...just not for the better. Hope the cookie is finished with its dastardly work! :)
As a cat owner, I can completely sympathize - although "stupid" wouldn't be the word I'd use ... at least at the time! Very funny.
Gorgeous snow pics.....I can enjoy it from afar!
